Finance Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Contractual Payments:

  • Process deferred incentive payments, claims, and GSR rebates as per contract terms.
  • Monitor contracts to ensure timely payments.

Incentive Rebates:

  • Identify and resolve incentive issues.
  • Calculate and process rebates.
  • Explain rebate calculations to sales teams.

Accruals & Reversals:

  • Estimate future incentive obligations.
  • Manage accrual entries and reversals.
  • Analyze and explain variances.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage incoming contracts and vendor requests.
  • Create journals for General Ledger.
  • Handle special finance projects.

Pre-requisites:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance & accounting.
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Self-driven with strong customer orientation.

Additional Notes:

  • Selected employees cannot cancel the job transfer.
  • Pre-approved leaves must be re-approved by the new supervisor/manager.
