Job Description

Finance & Marketing Intern

This is a high-impact role where you will interact directly with financial institutions and learn how FinTech partnerships are built.

Key Responsibilities

1. Bank & NBFC Outreach (Primary Role)

  • Identify and list potential

    Banks, NBFCs, FinTech lenders, MFIs, and credit companies

    .
  • Make outreach calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to decision-makers.
  • Pitch RiVirtual FinTech’s services, products, and partnership opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings for the CEO / Business Development team.
  • Maintain follow-up communication and track responses.

2. Marketing & Promotions

  • Promote RiVirtual FinTech offerings through digital channels.
  • Support creation of marketing materials:
    – Email templates – WhatsApp outreach scripts – Partner pitch decks – Case studies
  • Assist in content research for financial trends, lending industry insights, and partnership opportunities.

3. Lead Management & Reporting

  • Maintain CRM updates for outreach progress.
  • Record daily activity logs and contact reports.
  • Prepare weekly performance summaries and partnership funnel reports.

4. Market & Competitor Research

  • Analyze banking and NBFC partnership models.
  • Research lending APIs, credit products, BNPL, co-lending, and FinTech APIs.
  • Study competitor FinTech platforms and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

  • Strong interest in

    Finance, FinTech, and Digital Lending

  • Good communication & presentation skills.
  • Ability to research and identify decision-makers in BFSI.
  • Basic understanding of credit, payments, or financial products (preferred).
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable with outreach activities.
