Job Summary:

Finance Manager FP&A

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the
annual budgeting
,
quarterly forecasting
, and
long-range planning
processes.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
Analyze monthly and quarterly performance results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Partner with department heads to provide financial insights and improve business outcomes.
Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management.
Drive variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and recommend corrective actions.
Support scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and investment decisions (e.g., capex, M&A, ROI).
Enhance financial reporting tools, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with accounting to ensure financial data integrity and alignment with FP&A outputs.
Monitor key financial metrics and deliver actionable insights to drive profitability and cost optimization.

Qualifications:

MBA - Finance/CA
2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and forecasting skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
