To excel in this role, you should possess strong financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis skills. Your experience in financial operations and risk management will be vital in ensuring the company's financial health. A deep understanding of financial forecasting, strategy development, accounting principles, and financial regulations is essential. Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel is required to effectively carry out your responsibilities. Ideally, you hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
