Job Title:

Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Ensure timely compliance with
Indian corporate laws and direct/indirect tax regulations
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and decision-making.
Lead internal audits, statutory audits, and ensure adherence to financial controls.
Handle financial reporting in accordance with Indian GAAP and other relevant standards.
Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.
Provide insights on cost control, process improvement, and risk management.
Assist leadership with financial analysis and performance monitoring.

Key Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) with
5 years of relevant post-qualification experience
.
Minimum
3 years of experience in the services industry
.
Strong knowledge of
Indian taxation
,
Companies Act
, and other corporate regulations.
Proficient in financial modeling, MIS reporting, and use of tools like MS Excel and ERP systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
