Finance Manager (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage company accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. - Coordinate with auditors for financial reporting and audits. - Possess strong knowledge of the stock market and related financial instruments. - Efficiently plan and manage company funds to optimize financial performance. - Establish and maintain coordination with clients for financial transactions and settlements. - Liaise with banking personnel to ensure smooth financial operations of the company. - Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including Income Tax, GST, and other financial compliances.
