As the Finance Manager- Portfolio & Accounts, you will have a crucial role in financial analysis, investment management, and portfolio support. Your responsibilities will involve: - Tracking the performance and evaluating the financial health of existing investments and portfolio companies. - Participating in strategic discussions with portfolio companies to guide their financial planning, budgeting, and operational metrics. - Monitoring key business drivers, market developments, and sector-specific risks for portfolio companies. - Evaluating financial performance and growth potential of potential investment targets. - Developing advanced financial models, including valuation models, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing. - Collecting and organizing financial and operational data from portfolio companies and potential investments. - Preparing insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and investors. - Conducting in-depth industry and market analysis to identify investment opportunities. - Analyzing market dynamics and competitive landscapes to support strategic decisions. Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. - A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis, investment management, or related fields. - Prior experience working directly with investment teams or on portfolio management will be an advantage.
