Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of developers, engineers, and other technical staff in designing and building FinTech solutions. Oversee software architecture, development, testing, and deployment processes. Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and regulatory teams to align technology with business goals. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security standards, and industry best practices. Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
