Job Description

Designation : Deputy Manager / Manager - Finance

Roles and Responsibilities

Revenue Analysis
- Prepare product wise, branch wise MIS and present the company profitability statement of the company
Monthly review of sales & profitability numbers
with department heads / relevant stakeholders across the company for different business verticals. Provide monthly / quarterly in-depth analysis of the variance
(Budget vs Actuals).
Balance Sheet Analysis
Quarterly reviews with Auditor, business ratio analysis and compare to industry averages. Contribution to decision making, benchmarking on different types of parameters
Closing & Reporting -
Preparing board meeting income statement presentation of monthly P&L closing Branch wise / Product wise close analysis with CFO & Sr Management
Coordinate Audits, Assessments and Litigation Management with external consultants.
Competition benchmarking
, discussion with the Sales management team etc.
Forecasting accuracy, developing financial models for annual budgets, comparison with actual deliverables, prepare notes for action plans, monitoring execution of SOPs. Setting up the KPIs / KRAs for the business functions
MIS Reporting
and working on Investor and External stakeholder's decks for funding objectives
Understanding of GST Laws, TDS rates, income tax rates & filling procedures.
Ensuring correct reporting of tax charges and assets/ liabilities in the company's financial statements
Providing strategic inputs for Direct & Indirect Tax Provisions, guidance and reports for all tax matters, including tax audit, timely and accurate payment of advance taxes, cross border transfer pricing issues
