Finance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience to oversee the financial health and compliance of Dot & Key. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end finance operations, statutory compliance, financial planning, and strategic decision-making support for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management decisions.

• Accounting & Reporting:

• Supervise day-to-day accounting and ensure books of accounts are accurate and up to date.
• Ensure timely closing of accounts as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
• Handle consolidation of accounts for group entities if required.

• Compliance & Audit:

• Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
• Ensure compliance with Direct Tax, GST, FEMA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulators.

• Taxation:

• Oversee income tax, GST returns, and assessments.
• Optimize tax planning strategies while ensuring full compliance.

• Treasury & Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor working capital, cash flow forecasting, and fund management.
• Coordinate with banks for credit facilities, forex, and treasury operations.

• Process & Controls:

• Implement internal controls and SOPs across finance and accounting processes.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.

• Business Partnering:

• Support senior management in strategic decision-making with financial insights.
• Evaluate financial feasibility of new projects, expansions, or investments.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with

  58 years of post-qualification experience

  .
• Strong background in accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or D2C/e-commerce industry preferred.
• Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally or similar).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
