Job Description

As a highly skilled Chartered Accountant (CA), you will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations. Your role will involve ensuring compliance, maintaining financial accuracy, and providing strategic growth support. Working closely with the CFO and executive leadership team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the organization. - Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reports. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements. - Conduct internal audits and financial risk assessments. - Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. - Oversee taxation matters, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings. - Develop and implement effective financial control systems and policies. - Support fundraising activities with accurate financial reports and data. - Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies. - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of experience. - Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance. - Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Tally, Excel, and ERP systems. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in real estate, Proptech, or investment management sectors preferred.
