Finance Manager

As our Account Manager, you will be the finance backbone across multiple ongoing projects and operations. This role is hands-on, dynamic, and essential to keeping our implementation smooth and efficient.

• Prepare project-wise financial performance reports including Project P&L, profit margins, and cost tracking
• Maintain ledgers, books of accounts, vouchers, and project documentation
• Monitor project-wise budgets vs. actuals and highlight gaps proactively
• Assist in fund flow management and vendor / contractor payments
• Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure timely financial reporting
• Support statutory compliance and auditor-related documentation

• Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field
• 24 years experience in accounting / financial reporting (preferably project-based or manufacturing environments)
• Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals and hands-on exposure to project bookkeeping can also apply
• Strong working knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / ERP systems
• Excellent attention to detail & ownership mindset
