Finance Manager & Business Support

As a Financial Controller at our organization, you will play a crucial role in managing hotel assets, overseeing financial activities, and ensuring accurate forecasts. Your expertise in balancing figures will be instrumental in maintaining a centralized accounting environment. Your responsibilities will include directing the financial activity on a day-to-day basis, empowering your team to excel in their roles, and resolving any guest billing queries efficiently. You will also be responsible for upholding ethical and legal financial control procedures, preparing financial analysis, forecasts, and budgets, reviewing rates, and actively participating in sales strategy meetings. To be successful in this role, we require you to hold a Bachelors degree or higher education qualification in Accounting or Finance. Alternatively, three years of experience in hotel accounting or internal audit, with at least one year in a supervisory role, will be considered.
