Internship Title: Finance and HR Intern

Duration: 3 months (with possibility of extension based on performance)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance and HR Intern for a period of 3 months. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in finance and human resources, working closely with our experienced professionals to support various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

- Assist in financial data entry, record-keeping, and reporting

- Support budgeting and forecasting activities

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve financial performance

- Assist in financial modeling and Excel spreadsheet preparation

HR:

- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition processes

- Support employee onboarding and training programs

- Maintain employee records and databases

- Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance, HR, or a related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
