Finance Head

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models aligned with business goals.
• Monitor key financial metrics, variances, and drivers; present insights to senior leadership for strategic decisions.
• Ensure alignment between financial planning and business unit strategies.

2. Project-Based Financial Management

• Establish robust financial oversight systems for project-based consulting assignments across India and international locations.
• Track profitability by project, manage milestone-linked billing, and ensure timely fund flow from multiple stakeholders.
• Implement cost accounting and financial dashboards for vertical-specific reporting.

3. Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Supervise statutory compliance, internal audits, and external reporting across multiple business units.
• Ensure compliance with tax, FCRA, and international accounting norms relevant to donor-funded and public-private engagements.
• Standardize reporting formats and automate key MIS dashboards.
• Ensure timely and error-free filing of statutory compliances, including GST returns and Income Tax filings, with strict adherence to deadlines and zero-penalty execution.

4. Cash Flow, Cost Control & Financial Discipline

• Manage working capital, cash flows, and internal controls to drive financial discipline across all departments.
• Lead initiatives to improve realization of payments, vendor management, and cost containment strategies.
• Ensure timely invoice generation and collections through proactive follow-up and systems.

5. Strategic Planning & Revenue Optimization

• Contribute to the companys growth strategy through financial scenario planning and investment analysis.
• Support leadership in fundraising, JV structuring, and commercial negotiations.
• Develop pricing strategies and evaluate profitability of new service lines or geographic expansions.

6. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team with cross-functional integration capabilities.
• Facilitate collaboration between finance and business development, operations, and delivery teams to ensure goal congruence.
• Represent finance in board meetings, investor presentations, and external audits.

7. Financial Consultancy Vertical Development (Strategic KRA)

• Own and scale a new revenue-generating financial consultancy vertical at Integra Ventures, offering services including:
• - Hospital transaction advisory (debt syndication, M&A support, due diligence, financial modeling)
• - Business valuation and investor readiness consulting
• - Project finance and capital structuring for healthcare entities
• Design offerings, pricing, SOPs, and client engagement frameworks for this vertical.
• Pursue mandates independently and through existing client relationships, supported by the BD team.
• Grow this into a high-margin, standalone P&L vertical—with the potential for performance-based incentives and leadership ownership.
