Finance Head

Position: Head of Finance

Location: Bangalore (with oversight of India, UAE & Africa operations)

Reports To: Managing Director / Founder

Role Objective

To manage and strengthen the companys finance, accounting, and compliance functions across India, UAE,

and Africa. The role focuses on ensuring financial accuracy, cost control, and providing business insights to

support growth and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Control

• Prepare and monitor annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Track revenue, margins, and cost performance against plan.
• Generate monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.

Accounting & Compliance

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, invoicing, and expense management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, corporate filings, etc.).
• Coordinate with external auditors and consultants for audits and regulatory filings.

Cash Flow & Cost Management

• Manage cash flow planning, fund utilization, and working capital.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and follow up on receivables.
• Identify and implement cost control measures to improve profitability.

Systems & Processes

• Streamline and standardize finance workflows and documentation.
• Strengthen internal controls and approval mechanisms.
• Improve accuracy and timeliness of financial data and reporting.

Business Partnering

• Support management with project-level profitability and cost analysis.
• Provide insights for pricing, budgeting, and investment decisions.
• Prepare financial summaries and reports for leadership review.

Experience & Skills

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.
• 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounts.

• Exposure to multi-entity operations or consulting/professional services preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
