Finance Head

Role & responsibilities We are looking for Finance Head Experience : 8 to 12years Notice period : Immediate/ 15days Key Responsibilities: Strategic Finance & Planning Partner with the CEO to drive financial strategy and decision-making. Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process. Identify financial risks and opportunities; develop mitigation strategies. Investor Relations Act as a primary liaison between the company and investors. Prepare and present regular financial updates, investor decks, and board presentations. Support fundraising efforts, including financial modeling and due diligence. Financial Operations Oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance functions. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements. Implement robust internal controls and financial policies. Team Leadership Build and lead a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements. Work with auditors, legal advisors, and external consultants as needed. Requirements: 8+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles. Experience working directly with CEOs and investors. Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and fundraising. Proven track record in financial planning, investor communication, and strategic leadership. CA / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification. Experience in D2C / Tech / Manufacturing / Corporate is a plus. Preferred Qualities: Strategic thinker with strong business acumen. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
