Finance Functional

Role Overview: You will be a part of the Support organization, focusing on delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle's customer base while advocating for customer needs. Your responsibilities will include resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, handling technical inquiries related to Electronic Support Services, acting as a main customer contact, and assisting internal Oracle employees with diverse customer situations and escalated issues. Key Responsibilities: - Work in shifts and be open to it. - Worked on at least two large support projects related to Oracle EBS Finance and EBS Projects. - Handle support issues related to Oracle EBS Finance, EBS Projects. - Participate in User training. - Customer Gathering Workshops participation is an added advantage. - Mandatory requirement of being present at the office for 3 days at the Base location (Hyderabad, Bangalore, Noida). Qualifications Required: - 5-9 years of Oracle Applications R12.x Functional experience in Finance Modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Management), EBS Projects. - 6-10+ years of experience in Oracle Applications E-Business Suite Finance, EBS Projects. - Must have worked on at least two implementations, Upgrades, Roll Outs, and support projects. - Strong hands-on experience in P2P processes with excellent domain knowledge. - Ability to write functional specifications, coordinate developments with the technical team, and test and train users regularly. - Familiarity with the full project life cycle and Oracle Implementation methodologies including AIM, OUM. - Awareness and exposure to FIN Tables and views. - Domain Understanding CA, ICWA, MBA Finance, or a Certificate in Finance Domain is an added advantage. - Certification with EBS Finance Products and Integration is a plus. - Undergraduate Degree Full time.
