Job Description

Role Overview

Review and evaluate AI/LLM outputs across real-world finance use cases
Identify gaps in financial reasoning using domain expertise
Support AI model training and evaluation in financial modeling, valuation, investment and portfolio analysis, M&A and deal assessments, and capital markets and corporate finance
Develop clear evaluation rubrics and benchmarks based on practical finance scenarios
Collaborate with AI researchers and finance experts to improve model accuracy
Provide structured feedback to enhance AI performance in finance-specific tasks

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, growth equity, capital markets, trading, portfolio or asset management, equity or credit research, quant or systematic finance, FP&A, accounting, or financial consulting
Strong command of core financial concepts and real-world applications
Excellent written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
