Job Description – Finance Executive

Vplak India Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing organization committed to operational excellence, innovation, and delivering high-quality services. We are looking for a Finance Executive to manage core finance and accounting functions, ensure compliance, and support business decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and general ledger entries.
Handle accounts payable & receivable, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports, MIS, and monthly/quarterly closing statements.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
Manage bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and expense management.
Support in improving financial processes and controls.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
2–4 years of relevant experience as a Finance Executive / Accounts Executive / Accountant.
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
Ability to work under deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
