As a Finance executive, youll report to the Finance controller and which includes financial planning, budget management, financial reporting, data analysis, cash flow monitoring, and ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies

Job Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis & Business Partnering:

• Preparation & Consolidation of accurate and timely monthly, and annual Reporting.

• Ensure compliance with all local and Group Policies

• Provide in-depth financial analysis of plants performance and operational efficiency.

• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on their achievement.

• Prepare comprehensive financial presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

• Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning:

• Assist in annual budgeting process, collaborating with various locations and ensure timely

submission.

• Develop and manage rolling forecasts, analyzing variances against budget and prior periods

and providing actionable insights.

• Conduct scenario planning and financial modeling to assess potential business impacts

and support strategic initiatives.

• Stakeholder management:

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth within

the finance department.

• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of all financial reporting.

• System & Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, and reporting tools.

Tools & system:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and financial regulations.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills (Power BI).

• Experience with financial reporting software and business intelligence tools.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial

information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Education:

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.

Experience in a multinational environment or a similar industry sector is a plus.
