Finance Executive

The Finance Executive plays a key role in managing the organization's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis and planning.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance
• Create management reports and dashboards for senior leadership
• Analyze financial trends and key performance indicators

Budget & Forecasting

• Assist in annual budget preparation and quarterly forecasting processes
• Monitor budget performance and identify variances
• Support long-term financial planning initiatives
• Prepare financial models for business scenarios

Accounting Operations

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Manage month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes

Financial Controls & Compliance

• Implement and maintain internal financial controls
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
• Support risk management initiatives
• Assist with tax preparation and compliance

Strategic Support

• Provide financial analysis for business development opportunities
• Support merger, acquisition, or investment evaluations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial aspects of projects
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
