Job Description

The Finance Executive plays a key role in managing the organization's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis and planning. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance Create management reports and dashboards for senior leadership Analyze financial trends and key performance indicators Budget & Forecasting Assist in annual budget preparation and quarterly forecasting processes Monitor budget performance and identify variances Support long-term financial planning initiatives Prepare financial models for business scenarios Accounting Operations Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations Manage month-end and year-end closing procedures Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes Financial Controls & Compliance Implement and maintain internal financial controls Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements Support risk management initiatives Assist with tax preparation and compliance Strategic Support Provide financial analysis for business development opportunities Support merger, acquisition, or investment evaluations Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial aspects of projects Contribute to process improvement initiatives Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
