About The Role
QualificationCA

Location: Chennai or Hyderabad
Responsibilities:

Assist in the financial planning and analysis process, developing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models to support business objectives.

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, providing actionable insights to guide decision-making and performance improvement.

Oversee cash flow management and ensure the integrity of financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with operational goals, driving efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on financial performance, risk management, and investment opportunities.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required

Strong experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record in financial analysis and strategic planning.

Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.

Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements for a group. Ensuring accurate elimination of intercompany transactions, alignment of accounting policies across subsidiaries, and compliance with relevant reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP).

Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor finance teams in a dynamic environment.

Preferred

Advanced degree - CA or equivalent

Experience in a finance role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies:

Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis tools, including advanced Excel skills.

Familiarity with financial softwares.

Experience with data visualization tools to communicate financial insights effectively.
