Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping-Maintain accurate books of accounts (vouchers, ledgers, journal entries).Ensure timely posting of entries in accounting software (Tally / ERP / SAP).

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable-Process vendor invoices, payments, and staff reimbursements.Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections.Reconcile vendor/customer accounts periodically.

3. Bank & Cash Management-Prepare daily bank reconciliation statements.Monitor cash flow and petty cash management.

4. Compliance Support-Support statutory compliance – GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, etc.Ensure timely payment of taxes and filing of returns.

5. Financial Reporting-Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly MIS reports.Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation.Prepare expense statements and cost analysis reports.

6. General AdministrationMaintain proper documentation of contracts, bills, and financial records.Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal teams.====================Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field .

2–4 years of experience in finance/accounts (preferably in healthcare/diagnostics, but not mandatory).Proficiency in Tally/ERP/SAP, MS Excel, and financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Salary : 4-5 LPA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
