Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The role will focus on managing day-to-day finance operations such as invoicing, payment follow-ups, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records in Zoho Books. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles, hands-on experience with reconciliations, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end invoicing process including preparation, validation, and timely sharing of invoices with clients.
  • Track outstanding payments and perform regular payment follow-ups with clients to ensure timely collections.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations on a regular basis.
  • Record and maintain accurate financial entries in Zoho Books, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required.
  • Support in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of financial transactions and ensure audit readiness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in finance/accounts, preferably with exposure to client invoicing and reconciliations.

• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Good communication skills for effective client follow-ups.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in a product-based or service-based company.
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
