Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional for the position of Testing Manual

and Automation in our dynamic Information Technology and Services organization. The ideal

candidate will play a critical role in enhancing the quality of our software products by

implementing comprehensive testing strategies. You will be responsible for developing,

maintaining, and executing automated test scripts, as well as performing manual testing

sessions to ensure software applications meet the required specifications and user needs. This

position requires strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of testing methodologies

and tools. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers

to understand system requirements and to provide feedback on the software development

lifecycle. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying and documenting defects, working

towards continuous improvement in testing practices across the organization. Your

contributions will ultimately help facilitate the delivery of high-quality software and enhance

customer satisfaction by ensuring our products function as intended.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing

processes.

• Execute manual testing processes and ensure accurate documentation of test results.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard

automation tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and ensure

comprehensive test coverage.

• Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing in a timely

manner.

• Participate in root cause analysis for identified defects and suggest improvements to the

development process.

• Continuously enhance testing practices and tools to improve efficiency and

effectiveness throughout the testing cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in manual and automated testing in software development

environments.

• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar

frameworks.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# to create

automated test scripts.

• Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
