As a Finance Executive at Blink Digital, you will play a crucial role in managing international financial operations, ensuring accuracy in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), invoicing, and financial reporting. You will also oversee banking operations, compliance, and regulatory adherence across multiple geographies.

On any day, you might:

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) for domestic and international clients and vendors.
Generate and distribute tax invoices, ensuring compliance with UAE, USA, and Netherlands tax regulations.
Track open purchase orders, advance payments, and estimates, ensuring timely follow-ups and reconciliations.
Maintain project-wise and campaign-wise billing records to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Oversee client and vendor onboarding documentation, verifying KYC details and financial compliance.
Update internal financial reports and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
Upload invoices on client portals and ensure seamless visibility.
Manage daily bank record updates and coordinate with bankers for dispute resolution and payment tracking.
Ensure compliance with international tax laws (VAT, corporate tax reporting).
Handle vendor payments, ensuring adherence to financial policies and regulatory standards.
Track and renew business rental licenses, trade licenses, and visas for international operations.
Support financial audits, tax filings, and coordinate with external auditors.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Proficiency in financial tools, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of international tax compliance and financial regulations.
Experience working with external consultants, auditors, and banking institutions.
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
