Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations.
• Maintain books of accounts in accounting software (Tally Prime).
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and receipts.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
• Post vouchers and ensure accuracy of entries.
• Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of all financial documents.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Maintain records for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment-related matters.
• Assist management in preparing financial reports and budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred).
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
