Key Responsibilities: Design and develop graphics for campaigns, digital platforms, print ads, brochures, hoardings, flex banners, and branding materials. Create high-quality Odia language creatives using Akruti or Shree-Lipi as per brief requirements. Coordinate with content writers, marketing, and production teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals. Ensure timely delivery of all design projects while maintaining brand standards and accuracy in Odia/Hindi language usage. Revise and improve designs based on feedback and campaign performance. Required Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw preferred). Must know Odia/Hindi typing using Akruti or Shree-Lipi software . Strong sense of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of print production processes and regional content designing is a plus. Basic animation/video editing skills are a bonus.
