Accounts Payable Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Processing & Payment Management:

Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and approvals.
Schedule and manage payments to vendors as per contract terms.
Maintain accurate records of payments and ensure compliance with company policies.

Reconciliation & Financial Reporting:

Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure all payments and invoices align with financial records.
Prepare and submit finance reports related to accounts payable.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Compliance & Coordination:

Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to streamline payment processes.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and industry regulations.
Maintain detailed documentation for audit and reporting purposes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in accounts payable within the staffing industry is required.
Strong knowledge of
invoice processing, payment scheduling, and reconciliation.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho books, SAP, Tally).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple payment schedules and deadlines efficiently.
