Job Description:
We are seeking a Finance Executive with hands-on experience in accounting, statutory compliance, and financial operations. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day finance functions, ensure timely filings, and maintain smooth cash flow operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end GST filing and other statutory compliance.
• Manage TDS calculations and filings accurately and on time.
• Ensure timely PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance filings.
• Prepare and manage invoices, track payments, and follow up with clients and vendors.
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
• Assist in bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Assist in tax filing and coordination with auditors or consultants.
• Stay updated with tax laws and regulatory changes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Commerce.
• 1 – 3 years of hands-on experience in GST, TDS, PF filings, invoicing, receivables, and statutory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar, Zimyo).
• Understanding of Indian taxation laws, labor laws, and corporate compliance.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
