Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Pune. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, manage budgeting processes, perform cost management, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The role includes developing financial strategies, monitoring financial performance, and managing financial risks. The Finance Manager will also collaborate with various departments to support business objectives and drive financial efficiency.

Qualifications

• Financial Planning and Analysis, Budgeting, Cost Management skills
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Risk Management
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Advance excel required .

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
