Finance ERP Implementer

Systech is a reputed IT company in Coimbatore, providing ERP solutions to various industries like Manufacturing, Spinning, Home Textiles, etc., We are seeking a seasoned professional to implement Finance module, lead Functional Analysis & Productization, manage cross-functional teams and customer relationships, and drive successful ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional analysis and translate business requirements into product features
• Lead productization efforts to convert concepts into scalable ERP modules
• Manage internal teams, client stakeholders, and product roadmaps
• Oversee end-to-end ERP implementation lifecycle
• Deliver impactful customer demos and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and quality delivery

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong domain expertise in Finance and HRMS
• 5+ years of experience as an ERP/Application Software Developer or Implementor
• Good knowledge in Tally ERP
• Solid understanding of databases, development frameworks, and modern tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and client engagements
