About EduTap

About the Position

This position requires a qualified individual to teach Finance & Management subject. Candidate with thorough understanding of RBI Grade B and strong hold over Finance & Management subject will be preferred.

What your job roles look like ?

• Creating engaging and easy to understand videos to make subjects come alive, capturing students’ attention from start to finish.
• Create notes, PPTs, MCQs that aligned with the syllabus of relevant exam.
• Develop bite-sized, digestible learning modules that map directly to exam formats, keeping students on track for success.
• Be the go-to problem-solver, addressing subject-specific doubts with clear, concise explanations.
• Offer personalized advice and learning strategies to help students overcome obstacles and build confidence in their abilities.
• Working closely in coordination with Exam lead to create study plan, course content, student engagement activities.

Required tool kit of your talent & experience

• Experience - Minimum 2 to 3 years of teaching experience in Finance & Management
• Qualification - B.Com, M.Com, BBA or or any related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Lights, camera, engagement! You're not just comfortable with video creation—you’re a pro at making subjects come alive on screen.
• You're not just a teacher; you're a mentor who knows how to connect.
• You excel at finding creative ways to explain challenging concepts, making them so clear that students feel like they've just cracked the code to success.
• Working seamlessly with different teams to craft the best student experiences.
• Experience with educational tech platforms, or e-learning management systems will be preferred.
