Finance Director

As Finance Director at 2070 Health's venture focused on building India's leading infusion business, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the financial health and success of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include managing the finance function by accurately consolidating financial statements for associates and subsidiary entities in alignment with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. You will provide a clear financial picture to stakeholders through timely reporting. Additionally, you will oversee regulatory and audit compliance by ensuring adherence to taxation laws, responding to audit requests, and conducting financial due diligence. In your role, you will lead budget development, prepare budget narratives, and maintain budget trackers for continuous monitoring. Your expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling will be essential in driving the financial success of the venture. Moreover, you will be responsible for mentoring and leading the finance team, ensuring efficient workflow, skill development, and alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance management within the healthcare domain, preferably with team leadership experience. A professional accounting qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is highly preferred.
