Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and report business performance against key financial indicators
Manage
Accounts Payable
and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Ensure compliance with
taxation laws
(GST, VAT) and handle documentation for audits/litigations
Analyze budget vs. actuals; perform variance analysis
Coordinate with internal teams for collections and follow-ups
Assist in cost-saving initiatives and financial process improvements
Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and financial statements
Prepare monthly reports and support the senior leadership team with insights
Supervise and guide junior finance team members (if applicable)

Candidate Profile:

Bachelors degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred)
2-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, taxation, and reporting
Exposure to
GST filings
,
accounts payable
, and
collections
Strong communication and analytical skills
Proficient in Excel and financial ERP tools
Self-motivated and process-oriented mindset
