Job Description

Review and vet commercial contracts while ensuring strong internal control processes
Manage and develop a team of accountants and data support executives, ensuringsmooth daily operations and capability building
Oversee banking-related transactions, review stock statements, and act as the first point of interaction with lenders and rating agencies
Demonstrate excellent presentation skills and support in preparation of Board decks and executive briefs
Act as a key business partner during bidding cycles, providing financial insights andforecasting based on order book and pipeline
Work closely with business and operations teams to improve processes, enhanceefficiency, and optimize costs
Coordinate with tax consultants and authorities for completion of assessments,rectification, refunds, and related tax matters
