Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

The Finance Controller will be responsible for overseeing various financial activities and ensuring
accurate reporting and analysis. They will play a key role in P&L report preparation and presentation,GAAP entry preparation, provision checking and variance analysis, Korea Report PL & BS & COGMpreparation, LE reporting, monthly management reporting, and more. This role requires collaborationwith cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate financial information.

Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's
degree preferred).•Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CA.

10+ years of experience in finance management or related roles.
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, andregulatory requirements.• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.• Effective communication and presentation skills.• Team management skills.

Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Experience with SAP implementation and monitoring is a plus.
