Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Finance Controller/ERP Implementation Manager with 10-20 years of experience to join our team in IMT Manesar. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of finance and accounts activities, including GST/TDS, income tax, and ERP implementation.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes.
Coordinate audit and statutory audits.
Implement methodologies for ERP software implementations.
Handle application, data, platform, and infrastructure integration services.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
Possess strong knowledge of finance and accounts activities, including GST/TDS, income tax, and ERP implementation.
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Experience with ERP implementation and management is necessary.
