Finance Controller

As a Finance Controller at our solar EPC company, you will play a crucial role in managing the finance and accounts team, ensuring financial health and compliance with regulations, and contributing to strategic financial planning. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the preparation and presentation of financial statements, reports, and analyses. - Ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. - Developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures for effective financial management. - Managing the company's cash flow to ensure operational liquidity. - Monitoring cash balances, forecasts, and optimizing cash flow strategies. - Leading the annual budgeting process and reviewing budget proposals. - Monitoring budget variances, providing insights, and recommendations to management. - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with banks and financial institutions. - Negotiating terms and conditions for banking services, loans, and financial products. - Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, standards, and company policies. - Overseeing internal and external audits, implementing recommendations for improvements, and mitigating financial risks. - Participating in strategic planning processes, providing financial insights, and implementing financial strategies for growth and profitability. - Implementing financial systems and software to improve operational efficiency. - Driving process improvements to streamline financial operations and reporting. Qualification Criteria: - Qualified CA with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting. - Experience in the renewable energy or EPC industry is highly desirable. - Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Proficiency in financial software and systems. - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
