Finance Controller (CA Qualified)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. Additionally, you will ensure timely closure of books, maintain internal control systems, and oversee compliance with statutory laws and company policies. You will also liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities, implement internal controls, and lead the accounts team. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements following applicable accounting standards - Ensure timely closure of books and reconciliation of accounts - Develop and maintain internal control systems for accuracy of financial records - Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and company policies - Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities - Implement and monitor internal controls and accounting best practices - Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts team Qualifications Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-12 years of post-qualification experience - Progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position - Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations - Experience with accounting software - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills About Z1 Tech: Z1 Tech is a technology-first company that focuses on innovating digital advertising and marketing to enhance automation for the betterment of society.
