Job Description

In this role as a Financial Analysis Associate in the Finance team, you will be responsible for defining, refining, and delivering set goals for the firm. Your key responsibilities will include: - Producing presentations, analysis, and supporting materials for key internal clients including senior management; participating in and supporting ad-hoc special projects and requests as needed. - Developing, consolidating, and presenting qualitative and quantitative financial analysis, including annual budgets and quarterly/monthly forecast variances, leveraging advanced analytics and visualization tools. - Reporting on and monitoring key metrics, driving data quality initiatives, and helping define future needs of the product area, including identifying opportunities for automation and digital transformation. - Designing and enhancing reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver financial results to senior management, streamline processes, and strengthen controls. - Creating, maintaining, and reviewing financial models and analyses (both recurring and ad-hoc), ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with firm policies. - Performing variance analysis to understand key drivers of results, presenting commentary to senior managers, and explaining changes from prior forecasts and budgets. - Collaborating with business partners across Product Controller, Business Management, and other support partners to ensure timely, accurate, and effective delivery of recurring and ad-hoc initiatives. - Supporting firmwide initiatives, and contributing to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a technical field. - Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. - Strong technical skills in Alteryx for dashboard development and process automation (required). - Experience with data mining and manipulation of large data sets; familiarity with Essbase, Visual Basic, and macros. - Ability to create clear presentations with strong storytelling to convey insights and recommendations. - Being a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can manage multiple priorities. Preferred qualifications for this role are: - Minimum 4 years of relevant FP&A experience, preferably in financial services. - Knowledge of Python and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,
