Finance Associate

As a Finance Associate with the Operations Team, your role involves supporting financial management responsibilities and financial analysis activities for projects. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining project budget trackers to support the operations teams. - Responding to internal and external requests for financial/budgeting assistance from Operations. - Close monitoring of project deliverables. - Setting up and driving Internal control systems for project finance to safeguard assets, prevent fraud, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain accurate financial records. - Budgetary control and Cashflow management. - Performing financial analysis of projects and portfolio as directed. - Ensuring Compliance with Regulatory, statutory, and Internal control system. - Management reporting, operations & Project KPI tracking, including reporting of appropriate variances to management. - Handling and coordinating Audit statutory, tax, internal, and Banking requirements & Group Finance team. - CWIP review. - Capitalisation of fixed assets and maintenance of adequate documents. Related Work Experience Requirements/Qualifications: - Proficient in Managing Project Finance Operation for a Manufacturing Project. - Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Finance Function. - Exposure to FMCG Manufacturing setups, projects execution in the similar Industry. - Financial modelling & Experience of tracking & monitoring financial risk. - Coordinating Audits & Experience of Management reporting. Preferred Qualifications: - CA /Post Graduate Degree in Business Finance/Accounting. - Good Knowledge of SAP and BI. - MIS and Reporting. Exposure of FMCG environment and Manufacturing areas will be preferred. Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 10 Please note that the Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role, falling in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
