Finance Associate

You will be responsible for following all company policies and procedures, ensuring that your uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. It is important to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, protect company assets, and safeguard the privacy and security of guests and coworkers. Anticipating and addressing guests" service needs, as well as assisting other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service, will be part of your role. Communication is key, so speaking with others using clear and professional language, preparing and reviewing written documents accurately and completely, and answering telephones with appropriate etiquette are essential tasks. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals, and listening and responding appropriately to the concerns of other employees are important aspects of this position. Additionally, you may be required to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Performing any other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors is also expected. Preferred qualifications for this role include a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent for education, at least 1 year of related work experience for related work experience, and no supervisory experience for supervisory experience.
