Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage
day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
as per US GAAP, IFRS, or IndAS standards.
Support Trade Operations & Settlement teams by performing
daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations
and attestation procedures.
Establish
processes, policies, procedures, and control frameworks
to ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance.
Operate within ERP systems such as
NetSuite, Oracle, SAP
, and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare
financial statements and disclosures
relevant to broker-dealer operations.
Manage
legal entity closings and audits
.
Collaborate with Trading, Trade Operations, and external consultants to drive
optimal financial outcomes
.
Be flexible to work across multiple finance functions including
Accounting, Treasury, Settlements, and Reporting
.
Develop subject-matter expertise (SME) in accounting, reporting, and regulatory requirements within the digital asset space.
Multi-task, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure to meet internal deadlines.
