Role Overview: The Associate – Finance will handle day-to-day financial operations, budgeting, and reporting. The role involves preparing financial statements, managing audits, ensuring compliance, and supporting business decisions through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage accounting operations and financial documentation

* Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts

* Conduct financial analysis and assist in audits

* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field

* 1–3 years of finance or accounting experience

* Proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)

* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
