Job Description

What are you expected to doFinancial Operations Reporting Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports Reconcile bank accounts, vendor payments, and other financial records Prepare Ind AS compliant standalone and consolidated financial statements Taxation Compliance
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodiesBudgeting Analysis
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis Provide insights to improve financial efficiency and decision-making
Process Optimization Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency Support automation initiatives and system upgradesStakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to manage financial aspects of projects Provide timely financial insights to support business decisionsWhat are we looking for
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Up to 1 year of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, or audit Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
Proficiency in financial tools and software Advanced skills in
Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of financial modeling
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment Familiarity with investment products and financial marketsnan
