Role & responsibilities We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Car Loan Associate to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with car loan applications, verifying documentation, processing approvals, and providing support throughout the auto financing process. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in understanding car loan products and services. Guide clients through the loan application process both online and in-person. Collect, review, and verify all required loan documentation (e.g., income proof, ID, vehicle documents). Conduct preliminary evaluations of creditworthiness and loan eligibility.
