Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.

· Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.

· Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

· Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

· Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors.

· Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

· Assist in financial statements and MIS reports.

· Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.

· Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations.

· Prepare monthly P&L statements and assist in financial planning

· Maintain accurate records of daily sales, purchases, and returns.

· Reconcile (POS) Retail sales data with accounting systems.

Qualification and skills required

· Bachelor’s/master’s degree in accounting & finance

· Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance,

· Proficiency in Tally ERP or similar accounting software.

· Strong understanding in accounting principles.

· Knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance.

· Attention to detail and analytical thinking.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

· Strong Excel and analytical skills.
